Common Gateway Interface

Aggiungendo al progetto /easyhand/ehtool/ehCgi.c si ha accesso ad un insieme di API dedicate alla gestione del CGI.
Se si usa FASTCGI aggiungere nel preprocessore la macro EH_FASTCGI.
